"Dear R, Many thanks for your email, which was forwarded to me. You
have all the symptoms of a progesterone deficiency, so to my mind
it would be worth trying it. Luckily I still have my uterus, but I
did have all the symptoms you mention, and funnily enough also
tried a yam cream in the beginning. Whilst on it I started getting
hot flushes! So found a progesterone cream, and didn't look back.
I've attached two documents which might be of interest to you. I
find that our symptoms are usually more than just a progesterone
deficiency. The B vitamins, Omega 3 fish oil and some of the aminos
and minerals are all vital too. Please come back to me if you have
any more questions."

"Thank you Wray for your reply. I have made enquiries here in NZ.
The pharmaceutical laws are very strict. For Natural Prosterone you
are required to have a Doctors prescription here. There is one
available with a primrose oil base, not as good as yours. With that
in mind in the mean time I have opted to start on what is available
here in NZ. The Health department have told me if that is not
effective I can ask my Dr to write a letter giving me permission to
import the Natpro Progesterone. I am already using Flaxseed and
Blackcurrant oil high in Omega 3and 6 and am taking a Top Quality
multivitamin, mineral and antioxidant supplement. Really do
appreciate your help and support"

"Am glad you're already taking the nutrients I suggested. Do hope
you manage to get our cream, it's very good! But if it reassures
you, I do know of a man in NZ who has already received the cream
with no problem. He just ordered it from our site and it came in
the post with no hassles. So hopefully it will be the same for
you. Would love too know if you do order and if you get it with no
problems, it will then help me to help others in NZ. If you have
