Affiliate, here's Report #2 - Diet and Psoriasis

Hi Affiliate,

There is a lot of controversy over the effects of diet on psoriasis.  There are a number of books available that solely treat psoriasis by diet.

Most of the methods produce little or no clearing and the recommended foods leave a lot to be desired!

The fact of the matter is food, or what you eat or drink, does not cause psoriasis.  However, certain foods do seem to be a problem when your psoriasis is active and can aggravate the situation.

While we are all basically the same, we all handle certain foods differently.  Some people are allergic to certain foods which could be a trigger for a psoriasis flare.  In my book, Say Goodbye to Psoriasis, I devote one chapter to diet.

I would say that diet represents 25% of my treatment method.  I cover all the major food groups and rate them as Red = Avoid. Yellow = use with caution and limit consumption. Green = Eat all you want!  (Don't worry, the "green" foods are not all green in color!)

I do not use a "strict" diet in my method as I believe it provides limited benefits.  Yes, it's important to watch what you eat when your psoriasis is active.  You do not want to be "feeding" it, but in reality, your diet alone is not going to "cure" your psoriasis.

It takes more than just diet to successfully treat psoriasis!

And yes, even vegetarians get psoriasis.......

One food group I will mention here is alcohol.  If your psoriasis is active, as you probably already know, you should avoid alcohol.  It does seem to affect psoriasis in a negative way.

I drink.  I use to drink a lot of liquor and my psoriasis was very bad.  Now I drink light beer, not everyday but I like to have a few several times a week ;-)  It does not seem to be a problem as I've
remained clear for almost three years now.

Over the years I've talked to a lot of people with psoriasis and some drank, some didn't so as most things with psoriasis, there isn't anything that is 100% effective.

If you haven't ordered my book yet, Say Goodbye to Psoriasis, I'm sure you would find the information in it to be extremely helpful with your psoriasis condition.

My method works virtually 100% of the time for those who put the simple steps in motion.

The next report will be on the different types of treatments that are available.  Look for it in your inbox in a couple of days.

Best Wishes,
