Progesterone and miscarriage

"Please could you tell me were to get progesterone as I think it
would help me I am just after having another miscarriage at 6

My reply...

"Dear C, Many thanks for your email. The progesterone will help you
with your miscarriages, I will attach info for you on it. It's
most important to start using it before you fall pregnant and once
you are, not to stop taking it, until at least four months have
passed, better to stay on it to the end though. As you've already
had five miscarriages I would recommend that you use about 5ml of
cream per day until the fourth month, when you could reduce it
slowly to 2.5ml/day.

If at any time you should feel nauseous, then increase the amount
till it passes. Above all please avoid any stress, as this causes
miscarriages. The reason for this is that progesterone levels drop
during any stressful period, which can precipitate a miscarriage.
Before you fall pregnant and continuing whilst you are, please
consider taking a vitamin B complex and Omega 3 fish oil. The
fetus requires large amounts of Omega 3, and if enough is not
supplied ADD can be a result. The mother also suffers as the fetus
gets preference over her. Please come back to me if you have any
